Grounded for life? It's doesn't mean you'll spend the rest of your days sitting in the corner! And yet many that suffer from stress, anxiety or depression often feel like they are stuck (in a corner) and have NO. IDEA. HOW. TO. GET. OUT! I know the feeling; I was there after I experienced a heart crushing trauma.
